I wear many hats–writer, artist, cartoonist, documentary filmmaker, and podcaster. I identify politically as a libertarian socialist and anarcho-syndicalist. Also a Secular Humanist, Philosophical Taoist, Non-theist/agnostic under the Unitarian Universalist umbrella. Social justice, disability rights, human rights, anarcha-feminism, LGBTQA+ rights, labor organizing, immigrant rights, environmentalism, volunteering and activism are very important to me. I have been an advocate for children with mental illness, a civil rights/human rights and homeless rights activist, and have volunteered through my house of worship and at my local community radio station. I was a co-host on the long-running anarchist podcast The Authority Smashing! Hour for about 10 years and we were one of the longest running anarchist podcasts. We are currently on hiatus for the time being. I read a lot, and have been informed by the works of Emma Goldman, Kropotkin, Alfred Adler, Émile Durkheim, Erich Fromm, Wilhelm Reich, Emma Goldman, Berkman, Mikhail Bakunin, Malatesta , Dwight Macdonald, Noam Chomsky, Howard Zinn, Rocker, Marx, Herbert Marcuse, W. E. B. Dubois , Franz Fanon, C. L. R. James, Voltairine de Cleyre, Sam Dolgoff, Bookchin, Daniel Guérin, Camus, bell hooks, and Cindy Millstein. In spite of all the seriousness, I really dig the humor of The Simpsons, Futurama, Family Guy, The Critic, The Tick, The Venture Brothers, Rick and Morty, and Archer. I am also a huge movie and comic book buff. Like Deadpool, I am a pansexual. Not gay as in happy, but queer as in ‘fuck you’
